Refund policy

Physical products

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with their original packaging.

Email lmomalley.02@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Please contact us for return instructions before sending anything back. Products may need to be returned to different supplier addresses. Do not send returns to our business contact address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return shipping and fees

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except for faulty or incorrect items, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Contact lmomalley.02@gmail.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. Please keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions.

Refunds

We will notify you of your return request outcome and, for accepted returns, after the item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for a credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Digital downloads

Digital files cannot be physically returned. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds after a file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you have made an accidental duplicate purchase, received the wrong file, or cannot access a working file, email lmomalley.02@gmail.com with your order number. We will help resolve the problem, including an appropriate refund where needed.
